After a productive trip to Lisbon, Portugal back in May for the ITS European congress, Frankfurt will be the next stop on our European tour. The New Mobility World LAB is the world’s largest platform for “digitization, decarbonization, and new forms of mobility” and it poses a brilliant opportunity for us to spread the word about our SHOTL app. You will find us in the Start-up area at the event.
On the 22nd of September, we will be speaking at a conference a little closer to home. La Setmana de la Mobilitat (Mobility week) takes place from the 16th to the 22nd of September this year; the Catalan capital will host a broad program of activities and events all aimed at highlighting ways to improve the city’s air quality and reduce pollution. The overall objective of the week is to promote safe, healthy, and more sustainable mobility habits such as cycling, walking, using public transport and electric vehicles.
The city’s week of events culminates on the 22nd of September with Dia Sense Coche (car-free day) where SHOTL will be in attendance at l’agora (Speakers Corner) to speak about our successful deployment in the local neighborhood of Torre Baró and explain how the SHOTL platform can be used to create a more sustainable and healthy city overall.
