Sense is Mybuxi’s newest operating area, launched on October 25, 2025. From launch through early January, the service has ramped up steadily with Shotl’s on-demand platform behind the scenes. Early indicators show healthy adoption and solid pickup punctuality, exactly the foundation we aim for when opening a new zone.
Launch month. In the October operating window, Sense established a reliable baseline of completed rides and engaged passengers.
Latest period. The service continued to grow, with more users engaging and consistent fleet activity across operating days. Pickup punctuality remained solid — a baseline we expect to improve as patterns stabilize and operating rules are tuned.
Bottom line. Engagement is growing, vehicles are moving, and reliability is tracking where we expect for a new area’s first stages — with clear room to tighten pickup windows and bring typical waits down as demand patterns mature.
Rapid setup and winter ramp-up. In less than two months, full operations were up and running. Thanks to the combined experience of Mybuxi’s and Shotl’s teams, the IT system setup and integration were completed in just a few days — enabling an exceptionally fast launch.
Launching a new service in the Swiss winter season with a new electric vehicle model always presents major challenges. During the first three months, operations ran with limited service hours to allow careful fine-tuning of the system. Through tight collaboration between the Mybuxi and Shotl teams, we continuously optimized algorithms, demand prediction and fleet management in real time. This close partnership delivered strong results: as of February 1, 2026, Sense successfully scaled to full capacity — operating 7 days a week, 18 hours per day — and is now well prepared for peak seasonal demand.
Opening a new area isn’t just “switching on” another map. It’s building a reliable habit for users and a predictable rhythm for operations. With Shotl’s platform:
Improvement is continuous. Small tweaks each week compound into big gains over a quarter.
Growth is sustainable. Autoscaling and buffering ensure we grow within service-level and cost guardrails.
Quality stays visible. We watch the same simple KPIs you do — waiting time, on-time pickups, cancellations, vehicle kms — and we move them in the right direction.
As usage grows, we’ll keep the focus on what matters most to your riders: reliable pickup windows, realistic ETAs, and a service that simply works — even when everyone’s traveling at once.
