Shuttlemare is back: Shotl returns to Rimini for Summer 2025

For the fifth consecutive year, Shotl is proud to support this free, on-demand shuttle service connecting Rimini's city center with its beautiful beaches. This initiative, led by Start Romagna and the City of Rimini, offers a convenient and sustainable alternative to private car use during the busy summer months.

Launched on April 25, Shuttlemare runs on weekends and public holidays from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM until June 2. Then, starting June 7 through September 14, the service will operate daily, providing seamless access to the coast.

In its first two weekends alone, Shuttlemare has already served over 1,100 passengers, reflecting its popularity and the strong public demand for flexible mobility options in the area (GiornaleSM).

Passengers can easily book their rides via the My Start Romagna app, choosing pick-up and drop-off locations within designated zones. The service accommodates up to five passengers per booking and is inclusive of users with limited mobility.

At Shotl, we’re delighted to return to Rimini and contribute once again to the success of this smart mobility project. Shuttlemare not only reduces road congestion and emissions but also brings the beach within reach for everyone.
