Driver App
The route changes. The driver just drives
Turn dynamic routes into simple instructions — pickups, drop-offs and navigation that update live as riders join the route.

The solution
Same drivers. Clearer shifts. No guesswork

Sign in to a ready shift: vehicle, service area and the first pickups already in order.

Next stop, who boards and turn-by-turn navigation, all on one screen.

New riders slot into the route automatically; later pickups keep their promised window.

Mark riders on board or no-show, and report incidents straight to the control room.

FAQ
The questions we hear most
What device do drivers need?
Any recent Android or iOS phone or tablet — many services run on the driver's own device.
Does it navigate?
Yes. Turn-by-turn guidance to the next task, with the route recalculated in under 5 seconds if the driver leaves it.
Does the driver see rider needs before pickup?
Yes. Boarding notes and assistance requirements appear with the stop, and wheelchair bookings only go to a vehicle that can take them.
Can a no-show be recorded?
Yes. The driver marks a passenger who didn't show up directly in the Driver App, and the route moves on.
Can drivers report problems?
Yes. One tap sends an incident to the dispatcher with location and context attached.
What happens if connectivity drops?
The manifest is cached on the device and resyncs automatically when coverage returns.
