  • Hours that follow demandSet service hours per vehicle and per weekday, with ride-now, advance bookings or both in each band. Holidays are set once as exceptions.
  • Live KPIs and reportsRidership, waits, punctuality and cost per trip — per zone, per vehicle, per hour — exportable for funders and boards.

FAQ

The questions we hear most

Can we take bookings by phone?

Yes. Dispatchers create and manage bookings on behalf of riders directly from the dashboard, in the same queue as app and web bookings.

Can one team run several zones or services?

Yes. Several operating areas can run side by side and overlap, and they are monitored and dispatched from the same screen.

How do we change zones, stops or hours?

From the dashboard, without redeploying. Stops can be created, edited, activated and deactivated, and service hours are amended in blocks on one page.

How are holidays and reduced days handled?

As exceptions to the general schedule — no service, or a limited service for some or all vehicles. The normal week stays intact and returns automatically.

What kinds of alerts does it raise?

Delays, no-shows and idle vehicles are flagged while there is still time to act, before riders feel them.

What can we report to funders and boards?

Ridership, waits, travel times, punctuality and cost per trip — per zone, per vehicle and per hour — with exports for the tools your stakeholders already use.
