Free simulation

See the numbers before you commit to anything

Tell us where the service would run and roughly how many people. We simulate it and walk you through the results in a free one-hour call.

Fields marked * are required.

01Where are the stops?

Click the map to place each stop, or paste their coordinates. Up to 20 stops, all within 20 km of each other — a first simulation covers one area. Click a pin to remove it.

0 of 20 stops

No stops yet — click the map to place the first one.

Or paste coordinates

02Passengers and vehicles

Rough figures are fine — we refine them with you on the call.

03Anything else we should know?

Constraints, the line it would replace, appointments to respect — optional.

04Where should we send the results?

We run the simulation and walk you through the results and a cost quote in a one-hour call, usually the same day.

Two ways in

A quick simulation first. The full study only if you want it.

Both are micro-simulations — the same modelling our engineers use to size real services. The difference is scope: one narrow problem on assumed demand, or your whole service area on your own data.

First simulationFree · same day

A simplified micro-simulation of one specific area or problem, built on assumed demand from the figures you give us. Enough to know whether the idea holds up — and what it would cost.

What we need

  • The stops, on a map or as coordinates — up to 20 in one area
  • Roughly how many passengers a day
  • How many vehicles, and when they run

What you leave with

A document with graphs and KPIs, the number of vehicles the demand would need, and a cost quote — delivered in a one-hour call on the same day. The document is yours to keep: no licence, no pilot, no commitment.

Full assessmentIf you want to go deeper

The same modelling, run on your real data and across the full scope of what you need to solve — every zone, every fleet, every service, compared side by side.

What it works from

  • Your real demand data — ticketing, census, surveys
  • Origin–destination matrices across the whole area
  • Service areas drawn as polygons, not a single zone
  • A network of bus stops, or full door-to-door coverage
  • Large and mixed fleets — small, medium and full-size buses
  • Every problem the city or company needs to solve, not just one

What you leave with

Zones drawn, fleets sized, stop networks or door-to-door coverage, and cost per trip per scenario — a business case a funder, a council or a CFO can act on. Scenarios can be compared on the same data, grown step by step, and read vehicle by vehicle, with the pickup and arrival range for every passenger and capacity for bicycles and luggage.

FAQ

The questions we hear most

Is the first simulation really free?

Yes. You place the stops and tell us the fleet, we run a simplified micro-simulation of that area or problem, and we present it in a one-hour call the same day. You keep the document and the cost quote whether or not you go further.

What if we have no data?

The first simulation doesn't need any. It works from assumed demand built on the figures you already know — how many people, where from, where to, how many trips. Real data belongs to the full assessment.

What is the difference between the two?

Scope. The first is a simplified micro-simulation of one specific area or problem on assumed demand. The full assessment is the same modelling run on your real data, across every zone, fleet and service you need to solve — origin–destination matrices, service polygons, stop networks or door-to-door, and mixed vehicle types.

Do we have to buy anything afterwards?

No. The outcome is a document and a price, so you can compare it against doing nothing or against another supplier. Plenty of people take it and come back a year later.

Who should be on the call?

Whoever knows the service as it runs today — a transport planner, an operations manager, a mobility or facilities lead. No technical people needed on your side.

Can it cover a company site rather than a town?

Yes. An industrial estate, a campus or an airport is simulated the same way as a municipality: origins, destinations, hours and vehicles.

Start with a simulation, not a contract

An area, a fleet, an hour — a document and a price. Nothing to sign.
