Partner programme

You know the region. We have the platform that runs in it.

Shotl works with transport consultants and planning firms who already advise cities, authorities and operators. You bring the relationships and the local reading of the problem; we bring deployed on-demand technology, the pricing and the contract with the client. Paid on results, under a written agreement, one country at a time.

The agreement in four lines

Referral, not resale
Shotl signs and invoices the client directly. You never carry the contract.
One country
Your region is named in the agreement. Non-exclusive on both sides.
Paid on collection
Commission accrues per new client for three years, on money received.
12 months, renewing
Annual term, tacitly extended unless either side gives 30 days' notice.
“We had been recommending on-demand transport to Italian clients for years without a platform we could stand behind. With Shotl we present something that is already running in comparable towns — so the conversation moves from whether it works to where we start.”

Who this is for

Consultants who are already in the room

The programme is built for firms that analyse and plan transport systems, or supply mobility hardware and software to public bodies, infrastructure managers and service operators. If you are already asked what to do about a low-density network, an underused line or a night service, you are the profile.

It is not a reseller scheme with a catalogue and a quota. Non-exclusive on both sides, one defined region, and a real service behind it.

  • Transport planning and analysis firmsYou already model networks, write feasibility studies and sit in tender committees.
  • Mobility hardware and software suppliersYou sell to public bodies, infrastructure managers or operators and need a DRT layer.
  • Independent consultants with a client baseOne person with the right relationships beats a channel team with none.
  • Firms working in a market we do not coverWe would rather have a local partner than a plane ticket.

What you do

  • Identify and prioritiseName the authorities and operators in your region worth approaching, and in what order.
  • Read the situationTheir current service, digitalisation plans, budget cycle and the projects already in motion.
  • Present the platformShow the product and how a deployment runs, using our material and the case studies.
  • Build and defend the offerHelp assemble the proposal, then stay in the room while it is discussed and revised.
  • Keep us informedMeeting notes and pricing conversations, so nothing is negotiated twice.
  • Get to signatureThe goal is a signed client, not a pipeline report.

What we do

  • Sign and deliverShotl contracts the client, sets the price and runs the deployment. No liability lands on you.
  • Licence our name and materialBrand, brochures, presentations and case studies, licensed for as long as the agreement runs.
  • Train your teamProduct, deployment procedure and the objections you will hear from a transport department.
  • Join your meetingsWe come to the ones that need us, remotely or on site.
  • Simulate before promisingA free simulation models the service on your client's own area before anyone commits.
  • Pay on time30 days from the client's payment reaching us, with the calculation shown.

How you are paid

Three layers, all tied to money actually received

A client counts once it has paid Shotl its first invoice — not at signature, not at handshake. Percentages are set in your agreement and depend on region and volume.

  1. Layer oneCommission per clientEvery new client you convert pays a commission for its first three years, from the date your agreement was signed. Nothing accrues after year three.
  2. Layer twoAnnual rebateCalculated on accumulated sales across your contract year, not per deal — so a year of several small towns counts as much as one large city.
  3. Layer threeGrowth bonusFrom your second year, if annual sales grow year on year, a further percentage applies on top of the rebate.

Commissions are paid 30 days after Shotl receives the client's payment. Rebates and growth bonuses are settled in the quarter after each contract year.
